Super Duplex Steel S32750 is a high-alloy stainless steel that consists of about 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and nitrogen, which gives it impressive resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. It features a dual-phase microstructure (ferrite and austenite) that provides a tensile strength of 750 MPa and a yield strength of around 550 MPa. Additionally, this material showcases excellent fatigue resistance, impact toughness (even in sub-zero temperatures), and good weldability.
