Stainless steel 310 channel is an austenitic iron alloy consisting of 24–26% chromium and 19–22% nickel, with a high oxidation and scaling resistance at temperatures up to 1100°C. It possesses a tensile strength of around 515 MPa and a yield strength of about 205 MPa, with good toughness and ductility. Due to its high nickel and chromium content, it is particularly well-suited to high-heat uses, with stability and corrosion resistance in abusive industrial environments.
