Copper Nickel 90/10 Coils are made up of 90% copper and 10% nickel, with a touch of iron (1.5%) and manganese (1%) to boost their strength and corrosion resistance. This alloy is known for its exceptional ability to resist seawater corrosion, biofouling, and stress corrosion cracking. With a tensile strength ranging from about 340 to 380 MPa and a yield strength of around 90 to 130 MPa, it also offers good elongation and excellent weldability. Plus, it has decent thermal conductivity and moderate electrical conductivity, making it a dependable choice for demanding marine and industrial environments where durability and performance are key.
