The composition of Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Sheets and Plates includes nickel (30–35%), chromium (19–23%), and iron (the balance), along with carefully controlled amounts of carbon, aluminum, and titanium. Incoloy 800 is known for its excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization, while Incoloy 800H and 800HT, which have higher carbon content and optimized aluminum-titanium levels, deliver enhanced creep and stress-rupture strength at elevated temperatures. Mechanically, these alloys provide a tensile strength of around 600 MPa, a yield strength of about 275 MPa, and good elongation, ensuring stability and performance even at temperatures reaching up to 1100°C.
