Alloy C263 Foil mainly consists of nickel as the base metal, along with 19–21% cobalt, 19–21% chromium, 5.6–6.1% molybdenum, and 1.9–2.4% titanium, plus small amounts of aluminum and iron. This unique blend delivers remarkable high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and excellent weldability. The foil boasts a tensile strength of about 885 MPa and a yield strength of roughly 485 MPa, along with good ductility and an elongation range of 20–30%.
