Aluminium 1100 Circles are composed of commercially pure aluminum, boasting a minimum aluminum content of 99.0%, along with small amounts of trace elements like copper (up to 0.05%) and silicon (up to 0.95%). This alloy is known for its excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, remarkable corrosion resistance, and good workability. With mechanical properties that include a tensile strength of 90–130 MPa and impressive elongation, these circles are perfect for deep drawing and spinning. While they can’t be heat-treated, Aluminium 1100 circles can be cold-worked to enhance strength while still maintaining their outstanding formability and surface finish.
