Nickel Alloy 201 Foils are made up of about 99.6% pure nickel, with a very low carbon content (maximum 0.02%), which boosts their resistance to intergranular corrosion and graphitization at high temperatures. These foils provide excellent mechanical and thermal stability, boasting a tensile strength of around 370–400 MPa and remarkable ductility. Nickel 201 is non-magnetic, has low gas content, and showcases outstanding electrical and thermal conductivity.
