Aluminium 1100 Coils consist of at least 99.0% pure aluminium, along with small amounts of copper, silicon, and iron. This commercially pure alloy isn’t heat-treatable but is well-known for its excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. Its mechanical properties feature tensile strength between 90–130 MPa and remarkable elongation. It can be cold-worked to enhance strength while still retaining ductility and corrosion resistance. Aluminium 1100 is highly formable, weldable, and boasts a smooth surface finish, making it ideal for deep drawing, rolling, and bending in lightweight structural or decorative applications.
